Job Description & Key Accountabilities
- Origination of New To Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio of Corporate Liability Group clients.
- Develop a corporate liability strategy for a particular city/region and execute it. Target top clients in the coverage geography and convert them.
- Originate CMS/Trade Processing/FX transactions from Cash Rich Corporate clients, mainly from Digital First Companies, local IT/ITES firms and MNC subsidiaries. Onboard these clients with a solutions-based approach, developing unique solutions wherever required.
- Work with founders of well-funded start-ups, mainly online aggregators, e-commerce and fintech firms, to provide cash and trade solutions and onboard them.
- Build Liquid Asset OR Cash, backed Lending (short credit assessment memo)
- Develop deep relationships with PE/VC funds and Incubators to provide cash and trade solutions to their investee companies. Extend these influencer relationships to renowned law firms & Chartered Accounts as well.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
- Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers and the Implementation teams across all Banking products to achieve these objectives.
Candidate Profile / Skills
- Experience or having worked in cash and trade sales/operations/service, product sales, client management.
- Ability to work in tight timelines and provide high levels of service.
- Having a good knowledge of type of clients in one’s geography would be a plus.
- Candidate should have below skills-
- Detail orientation and Correct attitude towards Sales
- Good communication skills i.e., the ability to put his / her point across
- Good PPT & xls. skills i.e., having worked/ made presentations predominately in Microsoft power point for consultative selling/sales.

- Collaborative nature to work with various departments and to bring the bank to the client.
