Your Responsibilities 

  • To identify training needs and craft annual training calendar to meet development goals.
  • Prepare L&D budget based on annual development goals and other interventions.
  • Establish collaborative relationship with external training partners and vendors
  • Hands on knowledge / working experience with LMS.
  • Ensure Training effectiveness is calculated for all training programs planned as per approved learning strategies.
  • Comfortable facilitating behavioral training programs for individual contributors.
  • Responsible for driving employee onboarding program.
  • Overall responsible for smooth execution of training life cycle
  • Handle collaboration with institutes for higher education including PHD programs.
  • Supporting in implementing OD interventions
  • Support DE&I programs
  • Responsible for planning and driving employee engagement programs.

Preferred profile

  • Bachelor s / Master's Degree in a related field 
  • 5-8 years of industry/related experience.
  • Expert in classroom training delivery
  • Operational knowledge of LMS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple batches at the same time.
  • Experience working with multiple team members and stakeholders.
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
  • Result oriented and Quality conscious.

Key Responsibilities for this position:           Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed          Coordinate all mandatory, ad-hoc and planned training plan          Coordinate and manage learning management system, manage training attendance          Oversee the coordination of internal learning and development activities including workshops.
