Key Responsibilities for this position:         
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed         
Coordinate all mandatory, ad-hoc and planned training plan         
Coordinate and manage learning management system, manage training attendance         
Oversee the coordination of internal learning and development activities including workshops. This includes preparation and distribution of workshop materials, coordination of venues, facilities and resources.         
Source external vendors for a variety of training topics         
Support/Lead strategic projects and initiatives         
Establishing systems to record and produce regular reports on learning and development metrics, including spend, attendance and feedback         
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to identify areas where additional support and training may be required.         
 

Desired Educational Qualification         
Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field         
Technical Skills / Knowledge Required          
Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role         
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)         
MS Office proficiency         
An eye for detail and take complete ownership of deliverables         
Strong communication skills
