Key Responsibilities for this position:         
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed         
Coordinate all mandatory, ad-hoc and planned training plan         
Coordinate and manage learning management system, manage training attendance         
Oversee the coordination of internal learning and development activities including workshops. This includes preparation and distribution of workshop materials, coordination of venues, facilities and resources.         
Source external vendors for a variety of training topics         
Support/Lead strategic projects and initiatives         
Establishing systems to record and produce regular reports on learning and development metrics, including spend, attendance and feedback         
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to identify areas where additional support and training may be required.         
 

Desired Educational Qualification         
Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field         
Technical Skills / Knowledge Required          
Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role         
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)         
MS Office proficiency         
An eye for detail and take complete ownership of deliverables         
Strong communication skills

The L&D Manager will work with employees, managers, and HR Business Partner to support the career development of our employees and also deliver Training Programs. Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic vision for learning and development that supports organizational goals and objectives. Assess the organization's learning and development needs through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Manage and run multiple learning and employee development Projects. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories, and instructional design methodologies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering a variety of training methods, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning approaches. Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning authoring tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
