We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join our team as a Senior Product Line Manager. In this dynamic role, you will assume full ownership over every facet of our product line. This includes defining product parameters, crafting roadmaps, establishing market positioning, setting pricing structures, managing profit and loss, and pushing the boundaries of our state-of-the-art network edge and  SaaS solution.

 

How You 'll help us connect the world:

 

     Crafting the roadmap  of converged network edge platform built on the foundation of SASE principles.
•    Evaluating customer expectations and specific requirements within various verticals to inform deployments based on the RUCKUS Cloud-hybrid approach.
•    Own the product lifecycle management process for our network edge devices and services platforms.
•    Collaborating closely with a world-class engineering team to translate our ambitious technological vision into reality.
•    Identifying and prioritizing customer use cases and requirements, facilitating the expansion of our products reach into new markets.
•    Establishing a strong partnership with the engineering team, effectively representing the voice of the customer.
•    Engaging with our customers and sales teams to proficiently communicate and showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
•    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for differentiation. Leverage insights to make informed decisions       and guide the product direction.
 

Required Qualifications:

 

Over 5 years of hands-on experience within a Product Management capacity, preferably within cloud-based and/or network edge platforms.
•    Over 3 years of experience of involvement in cloud technologies and the realm of software development.
•    Holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Profound grasp of SASE architecture and its underlying technologies.
•    Robust comprehension of network edge dynamics and services platforms.
•    Proficiency in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams operating across different time zones.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in comprehending managing product lifecycle and applying best practices.
•    Familiarity with a variety of product management tools and software, including but not limited to JIRA.
•    Previous engagement with network security concerns.
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to articulate a captivating vision.
•    Consistent track record of cross-functional collaboration on sizable projects involving multiple engineering teams.
•    Marked by an entrepreneurial approach, a proactive demeanor, and a dedication to creating meaningful contributions. 
•    Takes personal accountability for continuous learning, professional growth, and skill enhancement.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

 

The expected salary range for this position is  $118,200.00- 153,700  The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.

JOB DESCRIPTION The Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) Team is responsible for evaluating technologies and identifying supply chain solutions that allow us to deliver products to market at scale. This Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) will focus on manufacturing, process development and supplier qualification. This Mechanical Manufacturing Design Engineer is technically proficient enough to work with the engineering design and Operations teams for augmented and virtual reality products. This role requires experience in supply chain and manufacturing to develop hardware tooling/fixture and bring process and technology into mass production. Specific hardware development and fixture knowledge are required, and the candidate must have demonstrated extreme hands-on technical expertise on various tooling components and systems, understood key factors in both the development, process qualification and manufacturing aspects of secondary operations (i.e. metal or plastic CNC machining, welding (laser, Ultrasonic, etc.), glue dispensing, insert molding, sheet metal fabrication, sub-assembly processes, plastic painting, pad/silk printing, CMF (color, material and surface finishing - blasting, polishing, PVD coating or anodization). The role will be to act as the key driver for Tier II technical/process components interface between the Tech Ops Engineering (Quality, Reliability, OPM), Supply Chain, Hardware Engineering (Product Design, Industrial Design) and FATP teams. This role will also interact with the MDE and SQE Team in APAC to implement and execute comprehensive process and technical solutions for our products. Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) - Mechanical Responsibilities Work directly with USA commercial Team to identify the best supplier partners in APAC to meet product requirements from both technical perspective as well as supply chain and manufacturing considerations, and during NPI conceptual design - work on process and manufacturing proposal, provide process flow simulation, manufacturing cycle time simulation, process and cost analysis Work directly with USA hardware engineering team to provide technical proposal, manufacturing solutions at Tier II secondary process operations (post tooling) from equipment selection, material selection, process recommendations, process set-ups and qualifications, manufacturability to mass-production with cost effectiveness, process exploration for NPI program and critical part features and review manufacturability of design.
