What You’ll Contribute

 

  • Assist in defining vision and product roadmap for new lender portal offering with content, interactive online tools and features that entice and motivate clients to explore, test and adopt new FICO Scores.
  • Liaise with market-facing product management and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop business and technical requirements documents, including use cases, user stories and user personas that can be translated into functional and technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary product management point of contact with software development team; work closely with User Experience and Software Development to ensure translation into accurate designs and specifications.
  • Configure and use the functional and technical features of the embedded offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist Product Support and Client-Facing teams as needed; assist with client training and onboarding.
  • Participate in product design reviews and reviews during development and QA phases, to ensure achievement of requirements in terms of both feature/function, usability and quality.
  • Participates in product launch readiness activities, including client-facing team training.
  • Inform technology choices to influence product management/ development activities.
  • Participate in identification and prioritization, and co-lead the development of product, platform, market and/or service innovations to grow existing revenue streams and cultivate new revenue streams for Scores products.

 

What We're Seeking

 

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline required (e.g., computer science, engineering design).
  • Relevant product management experience preferably in enterprise software/SaaS combined with a proven grounding in the product management or proven background and practical experience in developing, managing, and delivering software projects.
  • Consumer lending domain/industry experience; understanding Originations Processes, Credit Risk, Credit Reporting/Scores and Retail Banking are advantages.
  • Software engineering background preferred.
  • Strong technology background including Java, UX technology, Python, Angular, JavaScript, DB scripting languages, AWS.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools including Plotly and Tableau desired.
  • Proven, repeated success in taking a product through all stages of the product lifecycle, preferably including building, and operating one or more Cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing and implementing tactical product plans.
  • Experience in Agile development process, including ability to develop user stories.
  • Excellent people skills. Ability to interact with and work across different internal and external functional disciplines in various time zones.
  • Comfortable leveraging your technical skills/background to guide development without the requirement to be highly prescriptive to software development team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership-level communication skills, including strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet commitments, while asking for review as appropriate.
