The role is responsible for resolving Channel Partner Q/ R/ C`s
on Dealer- Partner Helpdesk CRM L3, L4 Level by ensuring closure
through Escalation Matrix & SLA`s across Functions & Hierarchy.
The role manages BOC Escalations through Jio Central Portal, and
monitors various critical activities like Quality of Case
Closures, Re Routing of In Correct Tickets, Close Looping and
Feedback with Sales Channels, etc. The role also ensures to
publish MIS & Dashboards pertaining to Dealer Helpdesk. The role
is also responsible for identifying and resolving exception
incidents and alarms through a Structured Prescriptive
Validation process across Functions and Hierarchy, by building
Channel Predictive alerts for critical device operations

MBA or equivalent

10 - 15 years
