We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Retail Supply Chain Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain functions within the retail sector. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational and analytical skills to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution In Demand Management you will assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Demand Planning capabilities including Demand Sensing, Forecasting, Demand Collaboration, Demand Planning within Integrated Planning. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. **Strategic Planning:** - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the retail supply chain, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute long-term supply chain strategies. 2. **Inventory Management:** - Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels across retail locations. - Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce carrying costs - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to analyze and interpret inventory data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Strong expertise in inventory control methodologies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall inventory accuracy. - Familiarity with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant technologies to facilitate efficient operations. - Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in DC inbound operations and inventory management. 3. **Supplier Relationship Management:** - Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements. - Continuously assess supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. **Logistics and Distribution:** - Manage the distribution network to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to retail stores. - Implement best practices in logistics to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 5. **Process Improvement:** - Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency. - Implement technology solutions to automate and optimize supply chain processes. 6. **Team Leadership:** - Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development. - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. 7. **Performance Metrics:** - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on supply chain performance. - Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 8. **Compliance and Risk Management:** - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Track supply chain metrics to measure cost, service, quality and efficiency tied to Project budgets. Understand / Design: Understand the cost drivers for the categories of materials & services. Leverage Competition among suppliers. Evaluate and Execute Make V/S Buy opportunities.
