About Genesys DX Digital &AI
This is an exciting time to be part of Genesys DX R&D AI Business Unit as we are innovating with speed and scale. You will be a key contributor to create the best cloud-based digital experience (DX) solution focusing on AI and providing an amazing end-to-end experience. As a part of Digital & AI team, you will help us build Genesys’ core conversational AI capabilities and features spanning, but not limited to, chat and voice bots, information retrieval, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and document understanding to power the next generation of Genesys products.
About the Role
