Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Develop Custom Solutions: Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Integrate Systems: Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications
  • Maintain and Enhance: Continuously improve and enhance the Salesforce platform
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and fix bugs to ensure the stability and functionality of applications
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Document and Train: Write technical documentation and provide training for Salesforce users
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certificatio
  • Experience: Previous work experience in application and software development, especially with customer-facing interfaces
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or JavaScript Developer I
