Educational qualifications
Any professional certifications required:
BA university degree or equivalent
Professional marketing qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Work experience
0 to 2 years of Business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage). Experience in B2B marketing will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Roles & responsibilities
    The role of an Analyst is to support the development, delivery and managing of website UI and content, to drive traffic and enhance the usability of the website.
    Web Experience Management:

    Create and maintain website content, including industry, insight sand landing pages.

    Uploading digital assets on AEM assets and other video hosting tools.

    Develop and implement strategies to improve the usability and accessibility of the website.

    Co-ordinate and manage end-to-end delivery

    Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest web design and development trends.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that the website is aligned with business goals.

    Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Mandatory technical & functional skills

    Has worked on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or Wordpress or any similar tool

    Strong project management skills including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority and rigorous deadlines

    Detail-oriented to know the various program elements and orchestrate their movement/timing, yet able to step back and see the big picture and tie the pieces together to know where to focus efforts.

    Strong creative skills including reviewing copy and visual/image selection

    Knowledge of analytics tools such as Screaming Frog, Hotjar, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, etc.

    Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
