The Role:

We, at Razorpay,  are currently looking for an Intern - Startup Account Management with excellent skills to join our engineering team. This position is part of our "Resume with Razorpay" program with a special focus on supporting women returning to work after a break.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Developing and executing strategies to onboard and nurture start-up clients, and helping them achieve their financial goals through Razorpay's products and services.

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem, including founders, investors, and other decision-makers.

Leading and managing a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement, based on feedback received from start-up clients.

Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated on the market landscape and identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in account management or business development, preferably in the start-up or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
