JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Growth Intern, you will be an integral part of our Sales or Business Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in expanding and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's success. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in sales, account management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing and maintaining existing client accounts. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze account data, sales reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
3. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Assist in tracking sales leads and opportunities.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Compile reports and data to assist in business development efforts.
5. Communication: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach campaigns and follow-up with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and activities in the company's CRM system.
7. Feedback and Improvement Share client feedback and insights with the team to continuously improve our products or services and better serve our clients.
