Job description 

hat this job involves;

  • Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
  • Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, post offer engagement
  • Regular meetings with the hiring managers
  • Maintain minimum 18-20 joiners in a month
  • Ageing to be under 8% of total REQs
  • Candidate and hiring manager survey score to be 4.5 and above (out of 5)
  • Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.
  • Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
  • Attracting Diverse Talent and maintain pipeline

The Role: Ratings - Talent Acquisition Recruiter   The Team:    Our team supports the Ratings organisation with all early careers and experienced hires recruitment across EMEA and APAC with the exclusion of Tech roles. This is along with the opportunity to complete further relevant studies where this is of interest to our teams.     Responsibilities:    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for an experienced hires portfolio that will include a mix of commercial, operational and analytical roles.  Potential to also be exposed to early careers in multiple regions depending on need. Manage business, HR and counterpart (e.g. compensation, legal, compliance, global mobility) relationships.  Manage and ensure accuracy of recruitment data via ATS. Educate and influence business leaders and HR to change current practices, where necessary, and promote recruitment best practices.    What We’re Looking For:    A S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years’ of recruitment experience. This would include in-house experience.   Ideally have previous experience recruiting in the finance, financial services, consultancy and/or professional services sectors.  Proven capability of managing an experienced hires portfolio to include similar roles to our job families detailed above. Strong relationship management skills, agility, and ability to pivot from one role to the next is critical for success.  Advanced candidate sourcing skills, with experience using various direct sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, etc.). A proven track record of being able to manage a portfolio of circa 20-30 job requisitions at any one time. Experience in utilizing an Application Tracking System (e.g. Workday). Strong business acumen combined with strategic business partnership and consulting, which delivers tangible results.  Possess a good grasp of the global economic and financial landscape and its impact on our business.  Numerate and accurate with figures and detail-orientated, coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and execution mind-set.
