Job description 

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support for Service Integration and Management (SIAM) in a cloud-based environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for multiple components of critical business systems, including Service Integration and Management (SIAM) in a cloud-based environment. - Identify and troubleshoot issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability, utilizing a range of diagnostic tools and techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, including software defects, configuration issues, and data discrepancies. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides. - Participate in incident management and problem management processes, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) in a cloud-based environment. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management. - Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of application architecture and infrastructure, including web servers, application servers, and databases. - Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) in a cloud-based environment. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a cloud-based environment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
