We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. You will act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues within critical business systems. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in technical activities for Spanish-speaking clients, providing application development and maintenance, managing service desks, and performing application testing. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Spanish speaking geographies, possess good Spanish language skills, and have knowledge in Java, Cobol, Oracle PL/SQL, SAP, Functional Testing, and Service Management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in shifts are also required. If you are a proactive problem solver and eager to learn new IT skills, this opportunity is for you.
