We are hiring an Application Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within critical business systems. As a software detective, you will provide a dynamic service to our Spanish-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include application development and maintenance, service desk management, and application testing. We require someone with experience working with Spanish-speaking geographies and good proficiency in Spanish and English. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical skill such as Java programming, Cobol, Oracle PL/SQL, SAP, functional testing, or service management. It is important to have good communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts, and be open to learning new IT skills.
