Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Microsoft Azure DevOps. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as software detectives to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues using Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides. - Participate in the design and implementation of system improvements and upgrades, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. - Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration, Microsoft Azure Data Services, and GitHub. - Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure, including cloud-based technologies. - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash. - Solid grasp of ITIL processes and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
