Responsible for the planning, design and build of security architectures; oversees the implementation of network and computer security and ensures compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures. Security Engineers play an important role in delivering Managed Security Services (MSS) to our global customers. The incumbent will support the configuration, management and triaging of customer security devices, including CyberArk PAS and other IAM solutions. Implements software fixes (patches) to remove system vulnerabilities. Responds immediately to cybersecurity-related incidents and provides a thorough post-event analysis. Investigates intrusion incidents and conducts forensic investigations.

Key Accountabilities:
As a Junior Security Engineer your responsibilities will include:
Delivering excellent customer service through professional, comprehensive and timely support for the Security Device Management Lifecycle (H&A, Incidents, Change Requests, Upgrades, etc.)
Design and implement change requests for global enterprise customers.
Work as an integral part of a global team delivering high-value Managed Security Services (MSS)
Monitor customer devices and services to quickly identify, escalate and resolve incidents
Work closely with internal and client stakeholders as required
Be the first level engineer for Privileged Access Management and work on the incidents resolutions and request fulfilment within the SLAs.
Work with the OEM and vendors to resolve complex issues for PAS.
Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern

Experience Skills and Qualifications:
As a Junior Security Engineer your skills and qualifications will include:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related (Polytechnic Diploma and two years direct hands on experience in a SOC will be considered)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution and other PAM tools
Knowledge on Cloud based security technologies
Must have hands on experience on Cyber Ark Security and Access Management
Hands on experience with CyberArk standard operations to onboard PID, users and troubleshoot the issues
Knowledge in custom plugin/connector setup for the various network & infrastructure appliances and triage and identifying the issues to further escalate to next level promptly
Hand on experience in patching of CyberArk and relevant components
Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and/or RestAPI is a plus
Understanding of application layer protocols like HTTPS, SFTP, SSH etc.
Suitable skills or certifications from major security vendors.
Experience working in both UNIX and Windows based environments
Excellent diagnostic / troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
Comfortable and proficient working in a role that interfaces with multiple cultures and time zones
Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern
Other duties as required
