Team Summary

We are looking for a candidate who should be self-motivated and critical thinker with strong communication skills to join our Product Consulting Group. The team is the first point of contact for our clients, provides day to day support for the platform and workflow related issues. The team is also involved in handling/resolving any operational issues faced by clients while using our world-class suite of middle/back-office applications and follow with internal teams as per defined SLAs.

What You'll Do

•    Serve as primary contact for clients seeking help, while providing them with an excellent support experience.
•    Address end-users tecno-functional inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion. 
•    Support, monitor, and prioritize the client’s day-to-day tech deliverables to fulfill service level agreements. 
•    Work with internal support engineering teams (L2) and escalate technical issues as necessary. 
•    Coordinate client-facing communication during incidents: Monitor the ongoing operations during US coverage times to achieve high customer satisfaction standards.
•    Assist and train colleagues in resolving and assessing complex inquiries and technically advanced questions.
•    Analyze and identify recurring problems and areas for process improvement.
•    Automate manual tasks and develop operational efficiency tools for the team. 
 

What You'll Need

•    A minimum Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in financial services supporting Middle and back office trade life cycle and/or interacting with Hedge Fund managers and other asset managers.
•    A good exposure in Treasury and/or Swaps trade lifecycle would be an added advantage.
•    Proficient in Industry and domain knowledge.
•    Technical skillsets including knowledge of python and other languages would be preferable.
•    An outstanding academic background with a passion to work in dynamic environment
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
•    A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
•    Should be able to demonstrate delivering high-quality work under stringent deadlines
