Key Qualifications

  • Requires bachelor with 5+ years of executive assistant or related experiences.
  • Prior sale coordinator or inside sales or program management experience
  • Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Requires the ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills desired.
  • Must be able to work independently and in teams and meet schedules. Individual will interact with people with different personality styles.


Responsibilities:
 

  • Provides administrative support to India regional sales head.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for preparing quotations, managing activities related to our use of Sales Force CRM system, Assure accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Need to work with cross functional team members like Sales Managers, Marketing, Sales Ops, legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors to drive sales programs.
  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
  • Prepares presentation materials for country high level management meetings.
  • Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
  • May track department personnel and organizational changes as they occur
  • Maintains calendar for executives as required.
  • May scribe and publish staff meeting minutes in a timely manner.
  • Takes on special projects related to country level. Such as annual employee meeting, CSR related resource and events.

We’re looking for an IP sales specialist to join our Global Account Team. ·    Work collaboratively in a global team environment with senior IP sales professions, executive account management, corporate and field applications engineers, product marketing managers, contracts administration, and finance staff to meet and exceed established sales objectives. ·    Coordinate the preparation of written proposals, and work with internal organizations including business units, legal, finance, and order processing for the purpose of closing business. ·    Responsible for developing complex technical sales plans, which may involve competitive displacements, or creative business agreements to meet or exceed pre-established quotas. ·    Lead and collaborate with the assigned field team to drive IP selling strategies and to support an understanding of the customer’s challenges and needs with regard to IP requirements. ·    Evaluates customer requirements, assess Synopsys IP portfolio and roadmap, develops a proposal, and closes business with the customer while applying creative ideas to meet their business and technical objectives. Key Qualifications: Requires a good understanding of IC design methods and IP building blocks such as interface IP, foundation IP, and embedded processors. Strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with engineering at all levels. Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people with appropriate level of detail given the audience. Ability and experience with prioritization and multi-tasking to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully. Interest and understanding of business concepts including value proposition, ROI and consultative selling Previous experience leading and owning technical campaigns to successful closure and outcome.
