Job description 

• Job Responsibilities :

1. L3 level support for Windows,Unix,Linux,AIX & IDC Enabling services
2. Management of Windows components like Active Directory,DNS,DHCP,
Kerberos & Group Policy etc
3. To provide architecture design/ validation support for configuration,
management and troubleshooting of Virtual infrastructure built
using technologies like VmWare/ Citrix/ Hyper-V/etc
4. Management of Database Servers like Oracle,SQL

• Education Requirement :

B.Tech/BE

• Experience Requirement :

Minimum 8 Years - Maximum 12 Years

• Skills & Competencies :

1. Monitoring,Troubleshooting of Compute/OS,Virtual Machines,Hardware,
Remote infra management.
2. Knowledge & experience on various flavours of Unix,Linux,Windows and
other OS
3. Installation,Configuration & Management of Virtualization
Technologies like VmWare/ Citrix/ Hyper-V etc.using tools like
VCenter,XenCenter, SCVMM, etc
4. Should have knowledge of Infrastructure Components like Active
Directory (AD)/ LDAP,Domain Name Service (DNS),NTP,etc
5. Basic knowledge of Networking would be an advantage
6. Understanding of Principles of Information Security along with
experience in critical aspects required from Server platform is
essential
7. Knowledge or experience of using Enterprise Service Management tools
for automated testing, Monitoring (for OS, Network, Applications,
etc.), Event correlation engines, Service desk (ITIL compliance,
workflow and Self Service), etc
