Summary: As an Operations Engineer for Network Security Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of network security operations and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth functioning of network security operations and resolve any issues that arise. - Provide technical support for network security operations and ensure that all systems and services are running optimally. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to network security operations. - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of network security operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of network security operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based systems and services. - Experience with network security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.
