How will you make an impact in this role?
This position is in the US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services organization and is responsible for expanding and deepening analytics to meet revenue growth goals and maximize returns on investments across prospect & customer marketing. This team will look at ways to optimize the way we target our prospects and/or customers with the most relevant messages and offers. This would be accomplished by combination of tactics across ensuring accurate economic metrics for treatments and offer strategy that touch our Global Consumer base and scaling our Audience Strategy and Personalization Capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
· Advanced degree in a statistics/business/economics/decision science related field
· 4+ years of work experience leveraging analytics and data science to drive business results. Having a prior leadership experience will be a plus but is not mandatory.
· Lead a team of 3-4 analysts with focus on improving economic optimization math for prospect/customers.
· Develop deep understanding of CM treatments & acquisition channel landscape and data.
· Understand the components behind customer life time value, CMV & investment optimization.
· Have a knack for understanding modeling frameworks, strategic audience identification and end to end personalization processes.
· Be comfortable leading tough conversations, challenging status quo and driving agenda with partners through structured processes.
· The role requires exhibiting a high level of expertise in guiding the data strategy through statistical analysis, decision support logic and data techniques. The incumbent will drive improvements in generating data driven actionable strategies to enable personalization initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
· Ability to be proactive, think quickly and make critical decisions regarding high visibility deliverables with tight timelines; often requiring the ability to make complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure
· High quality written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions
· Excellent presentation skills, especially in crafting engaging and informative visual support materials
· Strong attention to detail, knack to challenge status quo and think ahead.
· Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and advance talent is expected.
Competency in data mining and customer segmentation techniques through SQL, Hive, Python etc.
· Knowledge of Global Marketing, personalization framework, CM & US prospect data will be an added advantage
