We are looking for an experienced Cloud marketer to lead marketing for Wipro FullStride Cloud and join the marketing team’s Global Business Line (GBL)

 

The Marketing Lead, Wipro FullStride Cloud is responsible for building awareness of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services as a leading provider of cloud services and offerings that are critical for enterprise transformation and business success. This person will design, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans for Wipro FullStride Cloud.  Success will be measured by establishing Wipro in the highly competitive cloud services business as a leading company and thought leader, increasing awareness, consideration, and demand for our GBL across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners and more.  This person will work closely with business stakeholders in developing positioning and marketing aligned to business objectives and outcomes.

 

This role is primarily responsible for positioning, messaging and content and works with teams globally who have GTM responsibility for campaigns, account-based marketing, and deals.  


Roles & Responsibilities:

 

This position is specifically responsible for the following:

  1. Identify, inspire, and manage marketing opportunities and programs/campaigns that reinforce Wipro FullStride Cloud by elevating brand perception, driving demand across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more.
  2. Design, develop, and execute great work through integrated marketing plans that aligned to business goals.
  3. Deep knowledge of channel strategies, demand generation and marketing campaign metrics and analytics.
  4. Ability to analyse social media, website and general marketing data to clearly articulate impact and ROI.
  5. Work with subject matter experts in the business to develop thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
  6. Proactive management of events to ensure consistent and proper Wipro representation and branding, working with the business to target leads and track lead follow up. Management of events will include pre, during and post event activities and reporting.
  7. Strong management, presentation and communication skills and the ability to manage the day-to-day business and SME relationship.
  8. A team leader, develop programs, oversee the development and delivery of high-quality work, play a development role, and offer strategic marketing counsel.
  9. Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing and business colleagues’ drawing on the expertise of Wipro’s vast resources and capabilities.


Qualifications:

 

The successful candidate possesses the following:

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant integrated marketing experience, a must
  • A minimum of 2 years marketing cloud services
  • A minimum of 2 years of team management
  • Experience with executing virtual and in-person events, via long-distance.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Outstanding writing, scripting, and editorial skills
  • An understanding of digital and social media platforms and channels
  • Self-directed and comfortable in entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverables
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization
  • Able to influence without authority.
