WHAT YOU'LL DO


BCG India is looking to hire a Manager, India Marketing who can help build visibility and eminence for BCG’s Practice/Business Areas. This role will involve the individual to work with senior leaders of the Practice Areas (PAs) to understand their marketing requirements and accordingly develop marketing strategies to implement them, with the help of the in-house Press & Media and Digital Marketing teams, along with an outsourced PR agency. The individual’s success will lie in understanding the business, monitoring the market/industry on the latest relevant to the business area, and presenting with original and practical marketing activities. The work is fast paced, intellectually intense, and the individual should be able to visibly demonstrate her/his work. For success in this role, the individual must be business savvy, service-oriented, hands-on, a strong team player and capable of working flexibly and across all levels of staff in a complex matrixed organization.
 

  • Development of an integrated strategy to support a Practice Area’s Marketing aspirations.
  • Ensure strategy is translated to near-term goals and success metrics.
  • Prioritizing of topics, conceptual planning and implementation of press activities
  • Advise PA leaders on client outreach programmes and keep them updated on what’s trending in the media in their domain areas.
  • Link to relevant other area platforms to ensure joint definition and integrated communication of the strategy.
  • Work with internal Events team SPOCs to identify how the PAs can be best positioned in BCG-hosted events, speaking opportunities for BCG subject matter experts, Knowledge Partnerships, and secure relevant Seat At The Table (SATT) opportunities.
  • Work with the internal Digital Marketing team to identify innovative digital approaches to create visibility around the PA.
  • Be open to take up new projects, and initiatives, as and when it comes.
  • Work closely with the AP and Global Marketing teams to integrate India strategies and ensure that the deliverables are done in a timely manner.

  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel

  • Analytical skills to determine and forecast risks or determine strategies
  • Location can be either Mumbai or Delhi/NCR
