We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the positioning of our brand in line with global mandates. You will also orchestrate product launches and drive growth for our pillar products. Additionally, you will conceptualize and develop new concepts for brand and category communication to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of market trends and data analysis, as well as strong leadership skills.

Job Description

The Role will steer the positioning of the brand keeping in mind global brand mandates.
The Role will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products towards continued growth and animate core categories / products of the brand
Responsible for conceptualise and develop new concepts for brand communication and category communication to drive relevance and awareness of the brand.
Responsible for analysing data and market insights and follow trends to create animations to drive business
This role will lead the roll-out of strong Media, PR and Influencer Campaigns
Driving the brand's presence on all platforms (online and offline) and be responsible for sales forecasting, stock planning and design tactical offers for consumers
Conceptualise, develop and execute disruptive Point of Sale elements in collaboration with the merchandising team
Manage the brand's advertising and promotional budget.
