Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve leading teams, designing and developing software assets, and ensuring quality and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Portfolio Management Tools. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
