Project Role Description : Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Java Enterprise Edition to lead the development of software assets and supporting the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. - Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. - Utilize expertise in Java Enterprise Edition to lead the development of software assets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software assets. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition, Node.js, and Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
