Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Siemens Teamcenter. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Siemens Teamcenter. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Siemens Teamcenter. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other PLM systems such as Windchill or Enovia. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading software development teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
