Job description 

What you will do

 

  • Ensure network performance KPI & post deviation analysis for PS Core & IMS core network.
  • Work well within predefined system support guidelines and ground rules.
  • Participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
  • Ensure correct working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and betterment in deliveries.
  • Execute system configuration related changes as per given access rights.

 

You will bring

 

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in Engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience with RF performance KPIs optimization (2G-LTE-5G)
  • RF performance KPI, Accessibility, Retainability & RF knowledge for 2G/3G/LTE/NR
  • LTE hands on Radio parameter and features on Ericsson/ZTE system is required.
  • VoLTE troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Radio KPI for each technology
  • Understanding of RAN, PS & IMS call flows
  • Performance Monitoring tools like BI, Mycom, Kailx, etc is needed.
  • Trace analysis to handle VIP complaints.
  • Drive test analysis exposure.
