What you will do

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 4-12 Years of experience in Industry. 4+ years of relevant experience in Cloud and Infrastructure management
  • Last promotion or Ericsson Joining date should be greater than or equal to 2 years.
  • Well knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization technologies - Openstack, NFVI, SDN, Docker/Container and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge in Linux OS, Database, Transport Control Protocol / Internet Protocol networking concepts, Telecom network, and Signalling
  • Certification in RHOSP, RHOSP or Kubernetes.
  • Proven track record in engaging with customers and problem solving as needed.
  • Multivendor work experience is an advantage
  • Analytical learning and researching skills
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Oral and verbal communication, critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving.

You will bring

  • Manage end to end Infra Solution for Customer including Cloud, Network, Storage and Physical Devices.
  • Work closely with the team and the client.
  • Analyse the delivery towards the client.
  • Review all SRF and Changes going in the system.
  • Ensure Proper IPC processes are followed.
  • You will work to identify and drive improvements.
  • Have knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • Help as extended Leadership member in issue handling and Governance towards customer.
