Job Description

We are hiring a candidate with 1-3 years experience with Technical Recruitment. Candidates must have the ability to source, screen and connect with candidates and internal stakeholders in order to close on high-priority technical roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience Requirement:

· 1-3 years experience in Recruitment and proven track record of closing Technical positions which include Java, Node.js, .Net, Angular, QA, Freshers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Databases, Flutter, Android, iOS etc.

· Should have experience working with internal and external teams and able to achieve weekly, monthly quarterly and annual targets.

· Ability to work with dynamic and high growth environments and also implement latest innovative methods and tactics to hire as per organization expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Source and Recruit talent to Byteridge: Assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis, managing the hiring process for each candidate while providing updates to team lead and various stakeholders in the process.

· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

· Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their background and expertise while assessing their fit for Byteridge.

· Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams.

· Based on business demand, you may be asked to switch focus area, which may include changing skillset or current priority openings.

· Ability to meet targets set on a weekly and monthly basis which include a minimum of 4 candidates joining the organisation per month.

· Provide recruitment analytics and data reports to Lead whenever required.

· Willingness to extend work as per growing demands

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources/ MBA in Human Resources (preferred)

A proven track record of being able to manage a portfolio of circa 20-30 job requisitions at any one time. Experience in utilizing an Application Tracking System (e.g. Workday).
