JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the Firm’s office in Gurgaon or Hyderabad, India. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm’s various businesses.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units. You’ll be expected to manage end-to-end hiring requirements (which includes, but is not limited to, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing), build collaborative relationships and partner with hiring managers. You’ll also be responsible for driving and enhancing various recruitment programs for our global operations as well as streamlining existing processes. You’ll be expected to obtain and maintain documentation and data to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements. Additionally, you’ll have an opportunity to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding and marketing, while championing best recruitment practices within the team. You’ll be required to stay abreast with external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.

Who we’re looking for

  • The ideal candidate should have an MBA from a top-tier business school with one to three years of lateral/market recruitment experience
  • Candidate should have solid end-to-end knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with a good grasp on sourcing across different platforms
  • The candidate should have experience of working with senior stakeholders
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • The candidate should have the capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
  • Candidate should have a proven track record of proficient problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
