Pls look for 5+ yrs applicant (within 7 to 8 yrs) – we can look for 4.8 or 4.9 yrs too. Strong profile with 4.5 yrs or around can be pushed,

• Based on below skillset – we need to focus on 3 more points as per PANEL:-

1. Good command over English (both verbal & written) – since they are WRITER, they must be  good be English
2. Strong with documentation with pdf/word etc
3. Good understanding of technical background / like tech course / or tech qualification or strong tech experience background
4. SDLC or DDLC (any1)
5. Knowledge on Agile of Api
