As a Technical writer, you are engaged in producing high quality technical documentation and other end-user materials for our products and solutions in the EU Healthcare IT industry.

Knowledge and experience in EU Healthcare/IT or any international healthcare domain is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline
• 2 years plus experience as a Technical Writer, preferably for software packages

Technical Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written communication in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proven capabilities with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of software and tools for writing content (e.g. MadCap Flare), incorporating graphics, and publishing documents
• Demonstrated ability in copy editing and developmental editing the work of others

Experience with HTML, CSS is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Engages in writing, illustrating, reviewing, managing and translating the customer-facing technical documentation of the Clinisys software products, ensuring that a single-source policy is maintained.
• Researches and gathers the information required to write product documentation for software products and release notes for each release of the software product by participating in team meetings, interviewing subject matter experts, and reading and reviewing technical and user documentation
• Follows all technical publications procedures, standards, and style guides and works with writing peers to refine and improve
• Determines and shares documentation delivery timelines and tracks progress against product development schedule to ensure deliverables are met
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of documentation
• Provides project coordination for multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborates with members of other departments for the benefit of users of the documentation
• Carries out all other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
