Summary:
As a Senior Technical Writer, you'll own delivery of end-user documentation for our software products. In this role, you will partner with product management, development, quality engineering, customer support, and professional services stakeholders to deliver quality documentation that enhance the experience of our customers. You will take ownership of key documentation areas, assist the team with documentation updates, and contribute to published content. This role requires excellent written and spoken communication skills. We need someone who is highly collaborative, passionate about producing user-friendly technical content, and comfortable with gaining hands-on experience of complex technical software.
Responsibilities:
· Interview product managers and engineers to gather information for end-user documentation content.
· Analyze user stories, research complex technical material, and break it down into concise, easily understandable text and illustrations.
· Work with software engineers to gain hands-on user knowledge of our products.
· Author clear, accurate, and complete technical content for user documents, configuration documents, release notes, and others.
· Develop content that adheres to defined style and structure standards; and perform peer reviews of other writers’ work when needed.
· Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
You must have:
· 5 years of experience authoring technical and end-user documentation for complex SaaS solutions.
· 3 years of experience working with Agile Scrum teams to deliver user-friendly technical documentation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical writing.
· Hands-on experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage work.
· Experience using Component Content Management System (CCMS) authoring solutions.
· Experience using DocBook for technical documentation.
· Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
