Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Management

  • Identifying, Evaluating and Qualifying new vendors & handling strategic partnerships through product cycle (incl Fisher Scientific).
  • Stay as single point of contact for annual pricing process
  • Lead Quality issue management and work with suppliers on Product modifications/development basis market demand.

 

2. Operational Execution

  • Work with Finance to ensure product profitability and Legal for regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with supply chain, sales leadership for effective SIOP process ensuring inventory availability.
  • Own portfolio management and conduct data analytics to derive meaningful actions for sales and launch promotional schemes to drive growth.
  • Build & implement product demo/sampling/validation plan and will be accountabele for reviewing and publishing the progress.
  • Leads new product launch process from identifying market opportunities through commercialization.

3. Commercial ownership

  • Assess product positioning w.r.t to competition & target market segments and develop strategies to meet AOP & drive growth.
  • Lead technical presentations, product validations & tech support at field level.
  • Identify training needs for direct and indirect channels to improve teams competencies.
  • Engage with Marketing function to build product promotions and campaigns and review leads generated and drive followups with teams.
  • Lead and drive strategic and big value projects (RFQ)
  • Collect & analyze market intelligence for developing and driving strategic plans (STRAP)

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) with good understanding of SaaS and various architectural paradigms. Master’s degree in business or engineering preferred, but not necessary. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Should be able to effectively work across cross-functional teams. Knowledge of AI/ML and automation software.
