Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To Drive Cold Storage Business in the West
- Support Team technically and pipeline creation with Joint visits & Individual Visits to increase reach and stronger funnel size
- Increase Opportunities for Cold Storage Business in the West and improve YOY Booking and Revenue
- Prepare Segment wise GTM and bring alignment between Sales & PM Team
- Joint Visit with service at least 2/3 for Cold Storage Installation/ Trouble Shooting
- Develop relationship with New Accounts for Cold Storage in West Region
- Increase share of wallet with top accounts
- Work aggressively for Pharma/Biopharma, A/R , Healthcare
- Travel the entire West region & help the team to generate more opportunities .
- Driving roadshow, and marketing activities with the marketing team’s help
- Preparation of Sales Forecast for Cold Storage Business in West
- Execution of Sales Targets and Plan for the West region for Cold Storage Business
Education / Qualification:
- Graduate in Science / Biotechnology , MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2- 5 years in the lab Equipment.
- Track record of achievement in Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles
