Implement editorial plan and content for online properties, landing pages or websites. Maintain product information, configurations and pricing on the web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer via Chat Responsible for understanding the requirements and providing solutions to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com Chat / Email / Calls Brainstorm with Customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer’s technological requirements. The Enterprise Product Consultant must be an Industry Professional with strong core technical skills to add value to the team. Need to have sound knowledge and support complete product portfolio (Servers, Storage, Networking & Cloud) catalogue. Responsible for actively driving and managing Pre-Sales process with corporate customers HPE Product Consultants, must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users. Engages digitally with prospects, nurture them until ready to buy. Qualify prospects based on established BANT criteria prior to passing validated lead to appropriate Sales route. Comply with all company web standards, processes and tools. Working closely with our internal sales/ Contacts DDR performs a vital part in the sales process ensuring the digital leads are moving with velocity. Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer’s requirements, prior to designing a solution. Engages digitally with prospects, nurture them until ready to buy. What you need to bring: Engineering Degree with IT/CS/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Application / Information Systems with good academic records Certifications - Storage / Servers/ Networking is an added advantage. Good typing Skills .
