What you’ll do:
  • Implement web or interactive marketing technologies and projects to reach online customers or internal audiences.
  • Implement editorial plan and content for online properties, landing pages or websites.
  • Maintain product information, configurations and pricing on the web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer via Chat
  • Responsible for understanding the requirements and providing  solutions to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com Chat / Email / Calls
  • Brainstorm with Customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer’s technological requirements.
  • The Enterprise Product Consultant must be an Industry Professional with strong core technical skills to add value to the team.
  • Need to have sound knowledge and support complete product portfolio  (Servers, Storage, Networking & Cloud) catalogue.
    Responsible for actively driving and managing Pre-Sales process with corporate customers
  • HPE Product Consultants, must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Engages digitally with prospects, nurture them until ready to buy.
  • Qualify prospects based on established BANT criteria prior to passing validated lead to appropriate Sales route.
  • Comply with all company web standards, processes and tools.
  • Working closely with our internal sales/ Contacts  DDR performs a vital part in the sales process ensuring the digital leads are moving with velocity.
  • Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer’s requirements, prior to designing a solution.
  • Engages digitally with prospects, nurture them until ready to buy.
 
What you need to bring:
  • Engineering Degree with IT/CS/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Application / Information Systems with good academic records
  • Certifications - Storage / Servers/ Networking is an added advantage.
  • Good typing Skills .
  • Good Navigational Skills
  • Shift - AMS / EMEA -( Night shift)
