Administration Specialist - Corp Card

You will be responsible for: Quick turnaround of employee requests seeking new Credit Cards for business expenses and other associated services pan India Co-ordination with Vendors for employees’ requirement related to Credit Card services Interfacing with Vendors e.g. Banks for various services Validation of monthly Invoices and internal co-ordination with Accounts Payable team for Payment Processing Validatation and approval of employee applications including KYC documents Monitoring and reporting of service levels and contractual performance indicators Process management and adherence to laid down guidelines & compliances including regulatory requirements Ensure data quality in responses and reports generated Oversee the implementation of various initiatives to ensure they are on-time, within budget and of the required standards and quality Monitor and ensure execution of deliverables and provide regular feedback to the stakeholders Interface internally with other functions to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the deliverables To be successful in the role, you must have: Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification Experience: 3 to 4 years preferably in a similar role Skills: Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills, MS Office & Analytical skills, Drive and improve operational excellence Basic Finance & Taxation Knowledge will be preferred Exposure to front ending with customers in a Global environment would be advantageous Team-oriented and ability to work cross-functionally with other teams Consistency in delivering customer service excellence with a knack for identifying customer requirement & solutions Knowledge of Banking Industry will be preferred Working with people, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, Planning and organizing, Creative and innovative Proven skills in a service oriented environment supporting administrative tasks Financial & Commercial Acumen
