Throughout the program, you'll engage with top leadership, acquire highly transferable skills, and actively contribute to our mission of simplifying solution delivery for our customers. Over 12 months, our new cohort will embark on two significant assignments – one within your home unit and the other in a different unit – offering you the prospect of experiencing diverse aspects of our business, honing your skills, and expanding your network.

Career Pathway – post rotation

After successfully completing your two-unit rotations (home and away), employees will transition into a permanent role within the Sourcing unit as a Sourcing Category Manager. This role is critical in cementing your strategic sourcing and supply chain career.

Ideal Candidate

• Early Career Change Leaders: 1-3 years of work experience, particularly in project or change management, or a background in consulting.
• Sourcing Experience: Proficiency in strategic sourcing and supply chain management.
