We are now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive and continuously develop sales process and tools in the Region. They will own directives and guidelines to secure adherence to Ericsson guidelines, and secure effective funnel management and pipeline quality assurance.

What you will do

  • Develop and drive change programs targeting sales efficiency
  • Interface to the sales teams, domains, and common core functions
  • Train and provide support for Account Managers and others on sales tools and process
  • Be a recognized expert in sales process, sales tools, sales discipline, and compliance
  • Apply that knowledge to make these efficient and understood within MOAI
  • Monitor adoption and adherence, and identify needs for attention or improvement!

You will bring

  • Competence in Ericsson sales process
  • Competence in Ericsson sales tools (i.e. Salesforce, Premium Proposal)
  • Negotiation & change management skills
  • Fundamental leadership competence
  • Additional Preference:Six sigma certification
  • This role is open to candidates from any of the MOAI countries
