We are looking for a Ran Expert with 8-12 years of experience in a mobile network environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the Services and Network under RAN. Your main tasks will include preventive and corrective maintenance, problem investigation, and troubleshooting. What you will do

  • Ensuring a smooth operation of the Services and Network under RAN.
  • Be part of a team managing specific RAN activities.
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.!
  • High focus on developing the team to meet SLA/WLA.
  • Problem Issues and Follow-ups (CSR) with various Stakeholders for RAN/RF Operations.
  • Performance Analysis & Investigation!
  • Collaborate with Customer, 3PP and related Stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project with Acceptance Test.
  • Management in Trouble-shooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software
  • Outage/emergency Management.
  • To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.

You will bring

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Having 8 to 12 years of experience as a Ran Expert in a mobile network environment.
  • Understanding of Cloud network in reference to RAN/RF technologies.
  • Management and technical certification will be added advantage
  • A consistent track record of success, with a minimum of 8-12 years on job hands-on experience of a large sized technical team in a customer service environment.
