About the role:
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in our agile environment and craft our HR orientated cloud-based offerings. To support the team, we are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with the primary focus on Talent and Continuous Performance Management initiatives (SuccessFactors HXM and other connected solutions like Beqom), improving customer experience, and accelerating digitization in Talent related topics such as Succession Planning, Career Development, Capability Assessments, Talent marketplace and building a skills-based organization.
You are consulting our HR colleagues on how critical business processes in Talent and Performance management can be optimized with creative HR technology in close teamwork with all relevant partners.
- You are following SuccessFactors and Beqom releases and roadmaps for new/changed features and capabilities
- You are collecting and specifying business requirements, respective prioritization with key partners and focusing on business requirements of all digital solutions in the Talent space to ensure the technical implementation.
- You are conducting testing including definition of test scenarios and supporting IT counterparts throughout the change process.
- You are supporting the incident management process in close agreement with IT counterparts to ensure fast resolution of issues and report back to business partners
- You support the system change management process in collaboration with partners in HR and the Product Vendor
- You are deputizing your team-mates next to your areas of responsibilities and interested to learn new modules.
- You are leading and supporting current and future implementation projects.
About the team
We are the global Employee Lifecycle Services team that is responsible for all global HR systems, like SuccessFactors, Edcast, Beqom, WorkForce Software and others. We have a fully integrated cloud environment with SAP/SuccessFactors covering a wide range of the capabilities such as Employee Central, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Learning and Payroll integration to ADP.
Our approach is fully supported by agile methodologies to ensure end-to-end responsibility, quicker time to market and to help us center our work on the customer experience we want to deliver. We look after the functional aspects of these systems and advise HR on how technology and its innovation can best support their topics and processes. We ensure smooth operations and support/drive projects to further develop and digitize solutions provided to line managers, employees and HR.
About you:
- You should be a specialist in HR processes and have a minimum of 8 years of working experience with SAP/SuccessFactors of which minimum 3 years in the areas of Performance and Talent topics in a functional or business consulting role.
- You should have hands-on or implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules - Performance and Goal Management (PMGM), Succession and Development, Opportunity Marketplace in a functional or business consulting role with proven expert knowledge of best practice solutions, configuration options, product integration impacts and support/troubleshooting. Certification in any of these modules would be a bonus
- Do you possess a sound experience in areas related to Job profile builder(JPB), Centre of Capabilities, Stakeholder/Multi-rater feedback and Reporting ( Table, Canvas and Story)?
- Do you possess ability to understand client’s data movement to external systems and advise on impacts related to upstream and downstream systems?
- Do you have deep client-facing, advisory experience within project and change management?
- Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills and are you able to collaborate closely with all hierarchies across different business functions?
