About the Team

About the Role

As Employee Delight Champion, you will be responsible for driving employee connect and delight in virtual /WFA set up to support Future of Work Model and build employer branding opportunities for social media traction.

What you will do?

  • Employee engagement (through Recognition, Gratitude Policy, Happy Hours and Org level engagement events ) and Employee Delight (Moments policy)
  • MIS and Dashboarding on the employee engagement and employee delight initiatives on a weekly basis with HRBPs (ED weekly update)
  • Meedelight Admin (Recognition tool) maintenance and future enhancement
  • Operationalizing and front-ending employee delight initiatives
  • Managing ED budget, End to end Vendor management and invoicing
  • Additional learning opportunities the role offers would include solving Informal connect & hybrid model employee engagement.
  • Getting hands-on exposure to engagement-related design interventions and HR analytics

What you will need?

  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a high energy and interactive environment
  • 2-4 years in similar roles in tech, shared services and start-up industry
