About the Team

At Meesho, the HR team is working towards building a People Centric workplace by utilizing a User First and Problem First approach. We are looking for someone to join our Manager Effectiveness team, our focus is on developing our people managers to the best of their capability and thus, ensuring high-performing teams. To make this happen, we run multiple parallel coaching initiatives and learning journeys. 

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in program managing learning programs and managing multiple external and internal stakeholders to implement those programs effectively. The candidate should also be comfortable with data management and analysis. If you are keen on building onto Meesho's values of People Centricity through developing market-best people managers, we want to hear from you. 

What will you do?

  • Liaison with external vendors to ensure overall program management including contracting, project governance, delivery timelines, invoicing, etc
  • Act as point of contact for participants and their managers to ensure query resolution, participation, registrations, scheduling, project implementation, etc. 
  • Ensure creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback
  •  Liaison with HRBPs and Business stakeholders for successful implementation of initiatives
  • Create change management strategy whenever necessary and implement the same in coordination with the communication POC

What will you need?

  • 2+ years’ experience in  learning and development/ program management/ program implementation, preferred in eCommerce or fast-growing startups
  • Experience of vendor management and managing multiple internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and creative thinking
  • Organized and efficient - Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Interest in the learning and development space 
  • Exposure to Learning Initiatives Design/ Journey Design (preferred)

About the Role: As Assistant Manager - operations, you'll build robust and reliable cost operations in grocery supply chain. And, you’ll achieve it by forging strong collaborations with the Business and Data teams. You’ll work closely with Operations and Biz Fin in cost operations and reconciliation charters in order to make a robust and reliable supply chain. To this end, you’ll own key initiatives and impactful projects to revamp the our cost operations . What you will do: Help design SOPs that are cost-effective, scalable and aligned to business strategy  for backend processes.  Own Gross loss , Net Loss metrics and work on loss reduction in supply chain. Own Shipment reconciliation work with different stakeholders to complete the process within the target days. Work on vendor payments and billing work with the finance and ops team on billing and payments and continuously reduce the billing cycle and work on developing automated and effective processes. Manage Internal and external stakeholders, Partner with the 3PLs ,spearhead business process improvements to positively affect operational efficiencies. Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps. Partner with analytics, product, fulfillment, 3PL and leadership teams to reduce business costs. Conduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvement. What you will Need: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups/consumer internet companies/management consulting/operations. Strong data-driven mindset to solve problems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to form points of view on business implications. Proven track record of defining and driving initiatives with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Excel. Expertise in multi-front stakeholder management. About the Role As an Assistant Manager- F&E, you'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of the team and processes that you would want to set up. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team, in case your solution requires tech interventions.
