Learning Associate Job Description

1.       Lead & take accountability of the entire Manpower Learning & Development charter for the mapped span of fulfilment centres self-run or 3Pl. .

2.       Take accountability & responsibility of New Hire & refresher training with assessment.

3.       Follows a blended learning approach to create engagement among learners.

4.       Own & takes responsibility to design a learning plan for White- & Blue-collar workforce.

5.       Creates a structure plan in designing & implementing the capability & competency development charter for white- & blue-collar workforce.

6.       Does TNI & TNA in collaboration with the stakeholders.

7.       Able to deliver the training ask within the defined TAT.

8.       Comes up with a new digital learning approach for faster learning in the organizations.

9.       Enables the culture & creates the value of learning across the vertical.

10.   Supports the business in achieving business goals through L&D interventions.

11.   Maintains high level of stakeholder’s management like Regional Directors, FC heads, Flipkart Central team, HR team, counterpart of another region.

12.   Have a strong technical skill to create presentations & ability to deliver.

13.   Should get a structured approach to reduce the learning curve of all kinds of workforce.

14.   Certified train the trainer approach in delivering the training needs & does analysis of the training specifications. (Not Mandatory).

15.   Should be an advocate for the Learning & Development team in the mapped area.

Key Responsibilities for this position:           Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed          Coordinate all mandatory, ad-hoc and planned training plan          Coordinate and manage learning management system, manage training attendance          Oversee the coordination of internal learning and development activities including workshops.
