We are looking for a Manager of HR Process Excellence to lead process improvement initiatives across the HR function. You will evaluate current processes, redesign them for increased efficiency and effectiveness, and drive change within the organization. As the Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage projects, and integrate technology solutions to optimize HR processes. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and exceptional communication skills are required. A master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.
Manager, HR Process Excellence
The Manager of HR Process Excellence will lead and champion process improvement initiatives across the HR function, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. This individual will work closely with other BU HR and CoEs teams to identify, design, and implement optimized HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Evaluate current processes to identify areas of improvement and redesign processes to achieve increased efficiencies and effectiveness
- Project Management: Manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, CoEs, People Tech & Analytics, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into streamlined processes
- Change Management: Champion and facilitate change in the organization, ensuring that new processes are adopted and adhered to
- Metrics & Analytics: Develop and monitor process metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with the People Tech and HRIT team to integrate technology solutions that support process optimization
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools
Preferred:
Certification in Process Improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
