Analytics Manager (Adobe)

Responsibilities:Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding the digital analytics space and implement digital analytics solutions for websites and mobile applications
  • Develop domain expertise in the firm’s business industry to enable data-driven decisions and results within the client's organization
  • Assess and audit the current state of analytics implementations to identify gaps, find technical issues with the code or configuration, and recommend the best technical solutions
  • Work with consultants to strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations across different Business Units within the client's organization to meet or exceed the client's expectations
  • Write technical implementation instructions for developers including both data layer instructions and data attributes to align with the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Solutions Design Reference (SDR)
  • Support the development team through the coding process to ensure implementation meets the expectations as outlined in the technical instructions

 

Requirements: Demonstrates extensive abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in a marketing analytics role, including but not limited to:

  • In-depth knowledge of website “platform” architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy;
  • Experience implementing, and customizing digital analytics solutions within the Adobe Analytics Cloud; Adobe Analytics Cloud ecosystem including Adobe Analytics (required) and Customer Journey Analytics (preferred)
  • Functional knowledge of A/B test design and implementation;
  • Strong experience implementing analytics on websites and applications leveraging tag management systems such as Adobe Launch, Tealium, Ensighten, and Google Tag manager;
  • Experience implementing analytics code on native mobile applications to collect data for analytics tools such such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytic;
  • Experience working with a wide variety of programming languages and frameworks that include: HTML, Java, SQL, R, Python, and/or Hadoop;
  • Experience with data science, including data classification, data mining, and forecasting using machine learning capabilities in Adobe Analytics;
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing data within a data layer;
  • Experience using proxy tools such as Chrome developer tools;
  • Experience manipulating data and analyzing large datasets;
  • Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member and identifying and addressing business/client needs;
  • Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility;

  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process; and,
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios to help enable end users to access and use starter kits being developed on top of the platform
